The following general terms and conditions apply to the use of SoSure A/S' (“SoSure”) websites (“SoSure Websites”).

1. 1. Intellectual Property Rights
   1. 1.1 All intellectual property rights including copyrights, trademarks, patents, utility models, designs and any applications pertaining hereto vested in the SoSure Websites including any portions hereof belong to SoSure and/or its licensors
   2. 1.2 All names, logos and trademarks on the SoSure Websites belong to SoSure and/or its licensors and may not be used in any manner without the prior written consent hereto by SoSure and/or its licensors as the case may be.
   3. 1.3 The content of the SoSure Websites such as text, graphic, icons, pictures, sound files, software etc. belongs to the SoSure and/or its licensors and is protected by national and international intellectual property right laws and treaties including without limitation the Danish Copyright Act.
   4. 1.4 Copying, distribution, making available, public performance etc. of the SoSure Website or portions hereof is prohibited and may constitute a violation of national and international intellectual property right laws and treaties including without limitation the Danish Copyright Act and may result in both civil and criminal sanctions. Nor is it permitted to attempt to hack or otherwise tamper with the SoSure Websites or to delete or manipulate any messages or material posted on the SoSure Websites.
3. 2. Limitation of liability
   1. 2.1 Information on the website is provided without any explicit or implied warranty of the accuracy or completeness hereof. SoSure is entitled to change the content of the SoSure Websites without prior notice hereof.
   2. 2.2 The limitations and exclusions of liability set out in your end user license agreement shall apply correspondingly in connection with your use of the SoSure Websites.
   3. 2.3 SoSure is not liable in any way for the content of third party websites.
5. 3. Username and password
   1. 3.1 You are obliged to keep the username and password that you receive confidential. The username and password is personal and may not be transferred to any third party.
   2. 3.2 It is not permitted to try to gain access to the SoSure Websites without a valid username and password.
7. 4. Amendment of terms and conditions
   1. 4.1 SoSure is entitled to amend these terms and conditions applicable to use of the SoSure Websites without notice. SoSure further reserves the right to remove information on the SoSure Website or discontinue the SoSure Websites at SoSure's own discretion and without prior notice.
